What's the best way to post a table?

HTML is turned off on all the forums because it presents a security risk to the site and its users.

Is that new? I could have sworn I used a superscript tab as recently as a few days ago in General and it still worked.

Speaking of which, is there any code in vB that can be turned on that has that functionality?
