One point on gust of wind,
It is the perfect defense for Cloudkill, Stinking Cloud, Obscuring Mist, etc. and that gives it some real value.
Can you imagine the horror of a HL wizard who cast cloudkill to wipeout an army when his own spell is turned back against his own army....
