I wanna cast a evil weather (from book of vile darkness) because it is weird and reminds me about a person who asked my DM about if you really could do anything out of your imagination. my DM said "yes of course, everything is possible", he quickly reapeted him and asked this odd question:

"Why would a great wizard not create a spell which course the effect of falling cows from the skies in a radius og 8 miles?"

EDIT: Assuming I could use third-party d20 sourcebooks, then I'd use either Action Sequence (which basically lets you move like Keanu Reeves in The Matrix) or Saga's End (in a few days or weeks, you and your friends will participate in a climactic battle against evil), both from Paths of Power II.
