What's the word on Bastion's Airship Book?

There is a thread in the d20 Publishers forum here .

You can download a preview of Airships. If you can call a 36 page, 5.15 Meg pdf a preview that is. :)
Holy monkey! This does look good. Doesn't have everything I'm looking for but I am impressed. I'll be adding this to my collection the next time I see it at a shop or do an online order. Thanks, all!! :D

Thus far I have been very impressed by Bastion Press. Their work is solid, good looking and generally fills a niche that needs to be done.

Oath bound= first Epic Campaign world

Air ships- comon- EVERYONE wants one.

I got this over the weekend and have only given it a brief reading- it is very nice. The rules all seem pretty solid, and I already worked parts of it into my upcoming campeign.

Some areas were a bit unclear in my skimming, but I am going to attribute the problem to the light reading.

I did not see suggestions in the combat rules for hex/square map combat, but it may have been there and I just missed it.

I like the mage arcane engine the most- it is a spelljammer helm that does not screw the caster dealing with it.

Just put an order in for it along with a few other books I've been meaning to get. :D

Thanks to all for the responses. I think I may try writing a review for it when I finish reading it and test some of the material out this weekend on my group...

It's in there under the movement chapter, but you have to watch closely for it. Ships make 45 degree turns, which implies a square grid.
