Well, here's a thing I've been wondering about with all the people talking about the huge consequences of 360 degree vision...
Are you assuming that this is perfect 360 degree vision, as in, they don't have to focus on some specific part of the image? If that's not the case, then I don't think the difference in their perception of the world would be nearly as profound.
After all, humans do have an about 180 degree field of vision, but we need to focus on a small part of it, and any creature with "normal" eyes, even more of them, and pointing in different directions, would have to do the same.
If their perception of the world was "extrasensory", that'd be another matter, but then we'd be talking blindisght, which I just don't see for a +1 ECL race...
