What's your dump stat?

People always say that Charisma is the dump stat, but maybe you do things differently. What stat do you use most often as a dump stat.

Me, I commonly play wizards and usually assign my worst stat to str., low chr characters just don't appeal to me.

Unless it's a primary stat, for me it's always Wisdom.

It's scope as a "base attribute" is just too narrow for my tastes. Willpower save and a few skills... I'll pass.

I usually have a theme of some sort. I've noticed that charisma tends to be my 3rd or 4th highest stat, normally (when not playing something that would claim it).

Strength was my dump stat for all of my current 'spellcasters' - a telepath, a sorcerer, and a wizard.

Dex is the dump stat for one of my warriors (Hey, armor!)

For my part, I've never played with high dexterity character. When playing fighter I use STR-CON-WIS as primary stat (wis for fighting style from Quintessential Fighter and will saves), wiz uses high Con-Int-Cha... That's all I've played since 3rd edition.

I think that all stats are equaly important.

I am strongly against using Cha as a dump stat, because to me a true hero is nearly always at least somewhat charismatic!

For non-spellcasters I tend to end up using Int or Wis as the dump, but for non-combat types it's normally Str. I haven't played any bards yet, so I don't know what I'd dump there...probably Wis again!

It's a difficult question though. Mostly I try to say that whatever suits the character is put in the last place. Ie my new swashbuckler style character has a low Con, I think. Everything else needed to be higher.

INT.
IMO, 3E really screwed up with the insanely small number of skill points to most classes, so what's the difference between one or 2 skill points a level, when between the cross-class penalty and the ridiculously few number of class skills, 3E does NOT allow you yo make a very interesting character, skills-wise, unless you dedicate a couple levels to rogue.

I don't use a "dump stat". If I have a low stat, I try to work with it. Rather than try to stick it out of the way where it won't bother me much, I try to find ways to make it an active and interesting part of the character.

I usually waste a couple of points in CHA, just so nobody can accuse me of using it as a dump stat.

Also, my current DM uses derived stats for save bonuses (average of STR & CON=FORT, DEX & INT=REF, WIS & CHA=WILL), which means using a single dump stat will hurt more than usual.
