What's your favorite D&D character sheet?

Simplicity is key for me these days--I loathe those character sheets that list every skill, even the ones not relevant to your PC with no ranks in them (such as the hateful standard sheet in the back of the PHB). So for me, it's a homemade sheet with only the bare necessities. I'm currently into statting out my PCs in the new stat block format from the DMGII. Throw in relevant role-playing stuff and an interesting image and it makes a simple, elegant 1 or 2-page character sheet with all the most pertinent information in an easy-to-use, easy-on-the-eyes format.

Attached is an example.

Forceuser I really like this of course this would only work with a player that had a good grasp of the fundementals. For some folks they just need ALL the stuff spelled out for them.

Even for those that can do the math on the fly and don't need it spelled out for them, the more I can offload to the character sheet is more time and thought power for the game itself. Sure, some of this is trivial, but start adding trivial bits up and it just gets to be more and more. Of course that's what works for me, having as much detailed as I can. My way certainly isn't the only way.

Ditto. I have a good grasp of the fundamentals after DMing 3E for five years; thus, I can put the absolute minimum information on the sheet and it's a lot easier on me. The thing that kills me with character sheets is clutter--I can't stand having to hunt and peck through a skill list to find the skills I've actually activated, for instance.

I like short charater sheets. 2 sheets for all game info and a 3rd page for, notes, backgound, personality, and contacts/relationship.
for a wizard part of the 3rd page is spells known.

I use a homade sheet, that meets these criteria, but have just gotten a copy of

and I may switch to that one, with an addtional 3rd page.

Ema's sheets are pretty nice as well, but I have a general dislike of any sheet that has the feats prelisted like that.

I'm just the opposite. I like having the feats listed. Of course, that could be because of my sloppy handwriting. ;)

That's the one I use too. Personally, I print them out on parchment-style paper for a little extra ambiance. I used to dislike the ability scores were out of order (probably a 1e retro touch), but with the scores in the STR/DEX/CON/INT/WIS/CHA order, it's pretty much the perfect sheet.

I've always been partial to Mad Irishman's sheets:

My current sheet of choice is Mad Irishman's version 2.2, no-psi: http://www.rpgsheets.com/cgi-bin/arcdb.cgi?action=dl&id=2341

I do change the print order though, I like page 1 to be backed by page 3 instead of page 2. Every level, I update my master copy of pages 1 and 3 and then xerox the sheet. I like not having to worry about erasing the real value when I start scrubbing out temporary modifiers.
