I'd like to thank everyone for their input, it all certainly helped crystalize my thoughts on the subject.
For anyone who's curious, I decided to name my game "Ramble On", evocative of both ongoing, episodic questing, and of a game where people sit around a table and talk for four hours. It also rolls off the tongue nicely, is short, is easy to remember and spell, was not already claimed for any RPG or adjacent product I could find (if there is one it has terrible search optimization and no registered trademark), had available domain names that would work, and is a turn of phrase I'm fond of. It has a pile of cons as well (including that it isn't very genre evocative) and sharing a name with a Led Zeppelin song that is also sort of about adventuring in a fantasy world has major pros and cons of its own. But all and all, the pros won out and I'm happy with it, and hoping to start playtesting in the next couple weeks. Ramble On!
