Nan's in Houston, Texas, but I'm not happy with them. I haven't had the customer service problems some have complained of, but their product knowledge, ability to get things on their release dates, and ordering decisions are all problematic. (As an example of all three, I went in to get the first two issues of Pathfinder and not only did they not have them, but they at first insisted it was an online-only publication they couldn't order if they wanted to.)
