When Invisibility can be disbelieved

The rules for disbelieving illusions don't directly address invisibilty. Do any fellow DMs have some examples of when a creature may roll a save to disbelieve the illusion of invisibility on another creature? For instance, if a wizard casts invisibility in plain sight, does everyone that sees him disappear get a save? If a fighter attacks blindly and hits an invisible creature, does he immediately get a save to disbelieve?

Invisibility isn't the type of illusion that can be disbelieved. It is a Glamer, and it actually causes you to disappear.

It has "Saving Throw: None or Will (harmless,object)" and you only get a Will save if it's being cast on you, not too see someone who is invisible.

IMO, even being attacked by an invisible foe would not give the ability to study them carefully or interact with it.

Getting hit out of the blue by an invisible foe does not meet my standard for interacting. If an invisible person were knocked out or otherwise still and you found them somehow, you could "study" them and maybe disbelive, I suppose.

You can't disbelieve Invisibility. This subject has been debated to death, and has been address by almost every DM, every D&D creator, and even the Sage and Monte Cook.

The decision was pretty much unanimous. Invisibility is NOT subject to disbelief. EVER.
