Unfortunately, holidays seem to be campaign-specific, but it'd be cool to have some that transcended them. Holidays are a big part of my campaigns.

Yuck. I'd rather hope not. The chances of that sort of thing not descending into faux-Christmas, faux-Easter, faux-Halloween, and so on would be about a million to one. About all you could have without it degenerating into pure idiocy would be the equinoxes, and I don't think even those are universally celebrated even here on earth.

I like having holidays in my campaign. I just loathe 20/21st Century Western (or occasionally Eastern) cultural-analog holidays, which is all one ever seems to see.
