And so far, with all due respect to Quas, who was having a problem that I've had in the past, I didn't think he was asking (implicitly) the right question.
The only question I have asked, is, “Have you seen examples of PCs going down the self destruction path?” I am not having a problem, and I do not need help. My opening anecdotes were to illustrate the tone of the question and discussion.
“With all due respect,” gizmo33, you don’t know me, or my Players, or my game. You have completely fabricated assumptions about me, my style, and my personality. Your creations are completely wrong and baseless. And you not only continue to repeat your fabrications, but you build on them as if you are learning about me through your own posts. You are feeding on your own lies. [And this is not the first thread in which you have done this toward me, personally.]
Let this post stand as a firm request for you to drop this subject. I do not believe you are trying to help, and you are not trying to discuss the subject. (And I don’t even care to see you defend or apologize.) Any response from you to me or about me, after this post will be evidence that you are only goading and trolling for a personal flame war. If you are honest, just step back and let it go.
