Where are all of the campaign settings?

When 3E came out we already had Freeport, Scarred Lands, and Greyhawk. Forgotten Realms wasn't too much later in coming. So where are all of the campaign settings for 4E? So far the only ones I am really aware of is Forgotten Realms and Kingdoms of Kalamar (though KoK is only in PDF and I've never gotten comfy with reading my RPG books on my PC).

Did we already have them? I thought they came after the first months or years?

The next (WotC) setting this year will be Eberron. Redbrick also announced a 4E Earthdawn a while ago (see: ageoflegend4e.com - Official Age of Legend 4e Website), but I don't know when it's coming out.

It keeps getting harder to make good campaign settings. There is so much that has been made already, and the GSL makes it impossible to convert, with discontinuing the old version. Meaning, you have to come up with something brand new. Besides, Campaign settings are one of the things that translate the easiest to another edition.

There is also the Amethyst thing coming out, that's a campaign setting.

Part of the problem is that the GSL, as written, makes it very foolish to invest any development effort in IP which might have other uses beyond "Setting book for 4e". Since everyone dreams of their setting being the next Dragonlance/Realms/Whatever multimedia sensation, companies are hesitant to commit serious resources to setting books.
