There's not going to be one any more. There's going to be a 4E Folio of Fiends and a Pathfinder Tome of Horrors. And apparently the Folio of Fiends will be new, not converted monsters (so as not to violate the GSL). Hopefully animals, even if they've appeared in previous versions of D&D, won't get the lawyers in a snit.
