Where can i get gaming books for cheap?

I've had success with E-bay. One book I bought was very beat up, and had the former owner's name inked on the side, but it is still very useable and I'm not a collector anyway.

AMazon has some really cheap ones ($20) but i dont know if i can really trust their "be there in 5-6 days" thing with free shipping. Anyone care to comment?

I've ordered from amazon with the free shipping offer and I didn't have any problems with the service. Actually received the product just as quickly as I would have if I had paid for standard shipping. :)

I've also had no problems with e-Bay or half.com, either.

Best,

for the best price.

The srd if free, here is the draft form www.opengamingfoundtion.org/srd.html

on the wizards site they have the final released forms (but not monsters yet) plus d20 modern (including monsters).

The srds give you all the core rules except advancement and character generation and all it takes is the cost of printing.

I used the srd for about a year before I received the DMG and MM as christmas gifts.

And it is legal to.

Cheap is one thing, but since these are Cristmas presents, I prefer them to be new.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I think i will go with FRP (sorry Morrus) but they are cheap and have a nifty selection of dice- and plus I can pick up stuff for myself along with it.

Thanks a bunch
