Is there any way i can play d&d on the computer like in a chat room or something?

Actually, there's another forum on this sight called "Talk the Talk" or something like that. I beleive most internet and email-based games are posted there. Also, there are plenty of online games looking for players in the yahoo groups I post with. Go to groups.yahoo.com and search for either "DnDcontact" or "ad&dplayers". Post like you did here and you should find something.
