Where do 'broken' and 'got the shaft' posts go?

I want to ask about people's opinions of the whip, and I don't know whether I ought to go in the general discussion, or in rules. I'm thinking more toward general, because I don't really have a rules question, but no doubt the thread will devolve into a rules discussion, so perhaps it'd be better to go there in the first place. Opinions?

I agree with Crothian. If you want numbers in the discussion, I'd put it in Rules. If you just want people's experiences, then General is good.

If it devolves into numbers and rules, then I'm sure it will be moved... but at least you got it right originally based on what you wanted the thread to be...
