Where is Awakened Golem?

I am looking to create an awakened Iron Golem. I found the Awaken spell for trees and animals but I thought I had seen one for constructs. It may even have been a template.

It is not the one that makes a golem flesh but gives it intelligence.

Please help. It would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it's the Construct Incarnate, or something like that. I can't remember if it is in the Fiend Folio, or Savage Species.

Nothing in Feind Folio but the SPELL awaken Construct is in Savage Species which gives me a good point to start. Thankyou Icycool.

The template I mentioned is also in Savage Species, pg. 120. Incarnate Construct. Which are created via the Incarnate Construct spell.

That is one where my Iron Golem becomes flesh. Not quite what I was looking for.

I am running an Eberron campaign and I have a crazy idea of Vampires, Werewolves and special skeletal undead involved in a gang war type battle over the city and its riches located within the Mournlands. The lone "hero" and thus guide to the PCs will be an awakened Iron Golem Fighter or Paladin.

I just wanted to know if there were CR adjustments thus why I wondered about templates.

I don't think there's a template for it, b/c constructs can be as intelligent as you want them to be. For example look at the Inevitables.

If you're playing in Eberron, why don't you make the guide a Warforged?

Flavor as much as anything. They would be expecting that but not a golem.

Just a quick note, the reason you aren't finding a level adjustment is because such a creature is unsuitable for a PC. As long as it's an NPC, you're all set.
