Where is the alchemical stink grenade?

An alchemical grenade that creates a nauseating cloud: I distinctly recall seeing this piece of equipment, and now cannot remember where. Anybody help me out with that?

ahhh.

Nauseated is quite strong because how much an action is worth, be careful with cheap items that can do that. Plus an item like that could be a "get out of stomache free" card when fighing swallow whole critters if the dm decides wotc was being polite with the "Experiencing stomach distress" line.

Sickened ain't so bad fo an alchemic item, fresh squeezed skunk & troglodite should be the main ingredient.

Nauseated
Experiencing stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn.

Sickened
The character takes a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.
