Where is the White Kingdom?

Just wondering, where is information on the White Kingdom (of Ghouls)? Im pretty sure that its located in Greyhawk, since one of the NPCs in the Vault of the Drow article in Dragon 300 is trying to get some sort of trade with them, but Im not positive, since the only relevant information I can seem to find is from the Mere of Dead Men adventures (in the Realms) that ran in Dungeon a few years ago.

Never heard of it in Greyhawk, but that doesn't mean that it don't exist in that world.

The White Kingdom is in the underdark, though I am not sure it is ever given a specific location...

Piratecat would definately be an authority on this, lets hope he pops in.

I seem to recall the White Kingdom is in the UnderOerth. In other words, Greyhawk's underdark. There are 2 articles, one an adventure, the other an Ecology of, regarding the true ghouls. The Ecology article mentions Nerull created them.

The White Kingdom is not set in any particular world. It's a Lovecraft-inspired horrific underdark crawl written by Wolf Baur and published in Dungeon Magazine about five years ago. At the same time, Dragon had an article on the Ecology of the Ghoul that accompanied it. The "White Kingdom" refers to the territory of a nation of True Ghouls that is spreading throughout the Underdark... unless you do something to stop them. You can drop it anywhere you want in your world, because it isn't world-specific.

"Kingdom of the Ghouls" by Wolfgang Baur can be found in Dungeon #70. It's on my list of Dungeon issues to look for, if anyone knows where to get one, let me know.

I'm not sure which Dragon article the ecology article was in, presumably the one that came out the same month as Dungeon #70. Anybody know for sure?

eBay shows three auctions with Dungeon #70 available. In the last completed auction on November 4th, a copy sold for $5.99. That sounds reasonable if this is an issue you really want.
