Where is this magic item from?

Can anyone tell me off the top of their head what book this magic item is from:

It's a bow that allows the wielder to activate a True Strike effect three times a day (Bow of True Arrows, I think?)

Hrm. Thank you for the reference, though this is not the item I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a bow that allows True Strike, three times per day as a free action, and is usable by non-spellcasters.

Is there such an item? Or perhaps it was created by my DM. I got the feeling it was an actual item...somewhere...but I may have misunderstood him.

Sounds like a modification of the Bow of True Arrows. Or else, a Longbow +1 with Command Word 3/day of True Strike. I wouldn't use the actual price, which would be like 3200 gold or something.

Hmmm...

The closest thing that I remember to that is the Oath Bow, but I think it just gives a bonus to attack and damage.

Yeah, Oathbow is essentially a +2 bow with a better bane ability that can be triggered on command...

I think I've seen some sort of that bow in the AEG or some Faerun supplement.
