20 inches isn't bad! Almost worth all the fuss. Not sure how much we got this time around, but probably not quite that much. 'Course, around these parts, it takes around 10-12 ft of snow in a winter before the snow crews start to get tired.

We had 4 or 5 inches in London in mid December, which almost stopped the city for 2 days and was considered remarkably inclement. The authorities are never prepared for snow in Southern England.
Haven't seen snow like Shade had since I spent Christmas in Toronto, which was more years ago than I care to remember.
Here's my "where am I" post. Given that work has kept my posting somewhat slow for a while, it may still be like normal, but I'm entering a very busy period. I'm on business trips 2+ weeks of the next month (including this week over on Cleon's side of the pond) and have multiple job interviews to prepare in that same time period. So hopefully I can drop in a fair bit, but who knows?
