20 inches isn't bad! Almost worth all the fuss. ;) Not sure how much we got this time around, but probably not quite that much. 'Course, around these parts, it takes around 10-12 ft of snow in a winter before the snow crews start to get tired.

We had 4 or 5 inches in London in mid December, which almost stopped the city for 2 days and was considered remarkably inclement. The authorities are never prepared for snow in Southern England.

Haven't seen snow like Shade had since I spent Christmas in Toronto, which was more years ago than I care to remember.
 

Here's my "where am I" post. Given that work has kept my posting somewhat slow for a while, it may still be like normal, but I'm entering a very busy period. I'm on business trips 2+ weeks of the next month (including this week over on Cleon's side of the pond) and have multiple job interviews to prepare in that same time period. So hopefully I can drop in a fair bit, but who knows?
