I used the same adventure as the foundation for my last Greyhawk campaign, though I set it in northern Keoland right on the border of Gran March and tucked "Falcon's Peak" from Dungeon #2 in there for the fun of it.

To answer the OP's initial question: every beloved inch. However, for the majority of my GH games it has been the Hommlet/Wild Coast/Pomarj crescent over the years.

I had intended to dig into the the goodness of the eastern Flanaess with a Ruins of Aerdy campaign arc submitted to Paizo, but alas, it appears 'tis not to be.
