Where to d get 3E stats for Chainmail monsters

I want to use Abyssal Skulkers and Horned Felldrakes, but I'd like to use the WotC stats rather than go to the trouble of making them up. I know Dragon was printing stats for Chainmail units... anybody know what issues these were in, or if they're online somewhere?

I think they're supposed to show up in the upcoming Monster Manual II.
