I'm afraid you're not going to find it online, at least not legally. The warmage isn't Open Game Content.

You'll have to get the Complate Arcane for that class

Not available online. The warmage class is found in the WotC hardcover book Complete Arcane.

It also appears in the Miniatures Handbook. Complete Arcane is the better book to buy though.

Note there is a slight difference between the two versions. Basically, they have different spell lists. Basically, both lists contain spells only from the PHB and the book that version is in.
