Where to get a good gaming table?

I am moving to a new house in a week and want to try to dedicate a room for playing D&D, using Dwarven Forge dungeons, D&D miniatures, etc. I want to get a good solid wide table I can use in that room to hold my computer monitor and keyboard and to provide a good playing surface for laying out big dungeons or miniature battles, etc. and room for the players to roll their dice, etc. The dining room tables I've seen are generally too long and narrow. Any ideas where I can find a good table for this purpose? Any furniture stores found in South Florida or with online catalogues? What dimensions should such a table have in terms of width and length to be ideal for use by 4 players and a Dungeon Master using a large dungeon set up?

Just generally, don't look for house furniture, which tends to be built to fit a small scale. Look for office furniture, which is utilitarian, minimalist, and built to several scales. Perhaps a nice conference room table?

I recently went to Rooms To Go and found a coffee table with leaves that fold out to make the table twice the size. It's a respectable sized table when you need it, perfect for the large size battle mat plus more, but most of the time it's a normal-sized coffee table.

It was only about $200. I'm currently sitting at the house waiting for it to be delivered.

In most cities there are thrift stores that end up buying all the office tables/chairs/desks/whatever of businesses. I've seen selections that cover all different sizes, almost all of which were under $100. Which city are you in?

I'm in Miami, Florida. I went to Rooms to Go (and other stores) this morning and at Rooms to Go I found a "dining room" table which is rectangular but expands to be a square 59 inches x 59 inches, made of pretty solid looking wood. Compared to other tables they had it was not too bad, around $700 including chairs. Since I'm also going to use this table as my desk and computer table I don't feel bad about spending that kind of money to have a nice table in the room where we'll also play D&D. I didn't buy it yet, but I'm seriously thinking of buying this one tomorrow.
