Hi there. Me and my mates are about to start on our 4E campaign and i have decided to blog our little history. I have thought about simply making my own webpage but i got the idea that there might be a place online where poeple write these kinds of blogs.

I have looked at gleemax but at first hand i find it annoying in its design.

Do you know of a good place for this kind of thing.

(this wont be a 4E review but a storyblog)

Maybe the EnWorld story hour? I don't frequent it usually, but I think that's the place to go to if you want to write about your campaign.

Otherwise - Gleemax idea definitely is that you'd go there to blog on your D&D related things, including your campaign, but at this point, it seems not really suited for that purpose. Let's hope the beta or the final will be better...

Either Story Hour sections of messageboards, or just go to Wordpress.com and create your own blog; the other people can create username-only Wordpress accounts and you can then add them in as authors of the blog so multiple people can post stuff about the campaign.

Well the story hour sections isnt really what i was looking for. the wordpress looks really cool. i was just wondering if it had a rpg counterpart for that specific kind of blogs (besides gleemax which at this point is crap).

But i might end up using the wordpress or something similar.

I used blogspot.com for my Drow War campaign, and I'm doing the same for my 4e campaign.

It's a simple to use, fully functional blog site owned by Google, that gets picked up by search engines and such. Sure, it's not a gamer specific site, but you will probably still get traffic if that's what you're looking for.
