My vote went to Arms & Armor. One of the first (if not the first?) book to present new weapons, armor, and magical qualities for each. The DMG gets pretty bland after a short time in terms of its magical quality offerings. This book was a gem for my harried DMing life.

Just wait until you see Arms & Armor v3.5...

I like Spells and Magic best with Airships and Alchemy and Herbalism rounding out the top three. I think Spells and Magic is just packed head to toe with useful and interesting ideas for magic.

I can't beleive that hardly anyone else appreciates Spells & Magic* though.

Actually, I'm with you Psion. Before I began working on products with Jim he sent me a copy of S&M and I thought it was a great resource. I've been thinking about using the section on RUNE magic somewhere down the line since Norse/Viking mythology is a hobby of mine. :)

You give me multiple options, I choose all my favorites. And I own everything on the list except for Into the Black (haven't got around to it yet)

Oathbound
Airships
Torn Asunder
Faeries

Spells & Magic is pretty good too, and I've been meaning to make an NPC Jewel Mage, but just haven't gotten around to it... Unless I make.. Hm... *rushes off* :D

The Oathbound hardback is obviously what started the line, but personally I really really liked Wrack and Ruin. All the ideas were tight and the art was great. I've definitely gotten a lot of mileage out of it in my Oathbound campaign.

Airships and Arms and Armor - Airships is a wonderful fantasy book and really adds to a homebrewed game.

Have not seen Doom Striders yet but looks interesting.
