The only ones I really care about getting some content for would be the non-Western European settings, especially Al'Qadim and OA - and in fact I don't necessarily care about getting *specific* setting information for those so much as I would like a set of fluff/crunch books for other cultural milleus. It doesn't have to be the FR OA or Rokugan, but an East Asian themed splatbook would be great, etc.

I'd also like to see something along the lines of Maztica-but-not-actually-Maztica since I don't think they did a really great job with that particular product before.

Something for fantasy Africa and fantasy India would be especially keen, those have generally been ignored by the gaming industry.

Eberron, Birthright, and a new 4E setting that exemplifies the "implied setting".

Greyhawk is just going to get mangled. I love it, but it needs the old folks' home.

A bullet should have been put in FR immediately following the original gray box. Use fire and napalm to punish it, too.

I really don't care one way or the other about most of the others on the list. I'd take a one-off of Dark Sun and mine it for ideas, but I wouldn't play it. Ditto for Ravenloft. I just don't "get" Planescape.

Most of the "regional" settings (Al Qadim, Kara Tur, Maztica) I don't want to see as a defined setting. Instead, I'd like to see default D&D be psuedo-Medieval European and release a series of books to help redefine things to these psuedo-settings. Like 1E Oriental Adventures did, I guess. I'd probably buy most of those books, but won't buy an actual setting (especially if it's implied to be part of the Realms).

I voted:
Al Quadim
Dark Sun
Forgotten Realms
Greyhawk
Maztica
Mystara
Ravenloft

However, I would like to see all supported so all fans are happy.

Actually, I think athas.org are doing an outstanding job with supporting Dark Sun, much better than any of the other settings' official sites. So I'd be loathe to undercut them with publishing Dark Sun material, unless that was just a print of the stuff they develop there, anyway.

On the extreme opposite, I'd like to see Spelljammer. The Pythagorean celestial mechanics are extremely interesting, if perhaps they visited it with a clear goal in mind, rather than the early 90s' ad-hoc manner. Regardless, as a variant cosmology, it's as good as the Great Wheel, and rather more romantic (not that I don't love my Planescape, but it's nice to have options). Also, it's rather easy to do points-of-light in it: Neogi and Illithid are terrific enemies...

I went for FR, Eberron, and Al-Qadim, although it's really a "what is your favourite CS?" poll by default, because people are unlikely to vote for settings they don't know.

I'm surprised by the popularity of Eberron. I went from hating it to...appreciating it, although I'm not sure if I'd run a campaign with it. I think I've generally assumed that it's a pariah setting that WotC had tried to give momentum in order to justify the initial investment. Looks like I'm wrong.

I voted "Other". I think they should produce a new "points of light" setting.

All the rest of the settings listed have already been done, and for other editions. Let their fans support them.

Based on how WOTC is "supporting" FR, I voted none. I don't want to see beloved settings ripped apart to fit the new mechanics or the new "Rules of fluff" that are coming with 4E. I would love to see some settings come back, but with the new rules adapted to them, not vice-versa.
