Which comics are carrying over to DDI?

A comment made on the 4e forum discussion of DDI pricing made me wonder something about the online "Dungeon" and "Dragon" : what comics are (planned to be) included in the DDI? I can't recall seeing it discussed, though I'm not ruling out having missed it.

I don't recall them ever mentioning even having comics. :(

I think Whizbang is right, the format is moving to a more on-line update style, similar to what has been previewed on the site already. I don't think its a wholesale drag and drop, as it were.
Maybe if there is a contributing artist available, they might have better information...Rich.... Aaron....anyone....hello....

I've seen comments that they would have comics, but I never saw any specific ones mentioned. Remember, Rich Burlew did a strip for the brief Polyhedron magazine they did online for a very short period of time.

I would be surprised to see Rich provide comics to the online Dragon. First, he sort of made clear his unhappiness at them canceling the print Dragon in the last three OOTS he did for Dragon, where he pictured, among other things, a wizard of the coast bowing down in worship to a Mr. Potato-Head.

Plus, I think putting his comic onto another website other than his own is just competing with himself. He would want people who were online to come to his site, not WotC's. The print magazine was different, because it was a separate medium. People who may not have been online-savvy could buy it at the newsstand. But most people who are online and play D&D have already heard of OOTS, I think.

And personally, I hope he doesn't do it, because it will mean even MORE delays for the free OOTS strip, and I don't intend to subscribe to DDI anyway!
