Which D&D supplement do you most enjoy using?

Damn, that's a hard one...

I'm gonna say my top two are the Book of Vile Darkness and Manual of the Planes. I also love using the epic book, even with its flaws. :)

For me the fiend folio and manual of the planes are probably the best, theres just some great stuff in the MotP, but the FF is the best monster book I own for sheer quantity of memorable creatures (and grafts oh sweet grafts) (and swarms) (an I'd better stop now.)

FOr WotC books only the one I enjoy using the most is the 3.5 DMG. I am always finding new and interesting things in it even after reading it twice.

If we include 3rd party stuff my favourite would be the S&SS Player's Guide to Fighters and Barbarians. Lots of new and interesting weapons, fighting sytles, weapon speeds (that work!) and combat options. Even the prestige classes are pretty good (although a non-mounted archer is sorely lacking from the book).

A bit of a follow-up to my last.

I am finding that spinning new creatures together with Advanced Bestiary and Book of Templates keeps me interested and keeps my players on their toes. I am also finding a lot of fun pulling campaign and adventure ideas out of Beyond Countless Doorways.

This covers roughly my feelings. Anything that creates critters, changes them, molds them etc. is what I enjoy. So any book with templates such as those listed above is really fun to use. I've also found loads of use in A Magical Society: Beast Builder.

While it may not be my favorite as such, the book that started me back to gaming (and even more amazing, GMing) after a decade or so was Perpetrated Press's Arsenal book. It was the first gaming book that I had ever read (including Mage and Shadowrun) that treated Techno Magic properly, as advances in MAGIC and magic items, NOT just adding magic to technological devices. The companion book Factory was just as good. I was VERY sorry to see them disappear. I still have hopes that they decide to publish the rumored and unfinished third book someday as a PDF, or hand it off to one of the other excellent pdf publushers such as Ronin Arts, E.N. publishing, CWG, etc.

Slayer's Guide to Demons.

Most of it is pretty poor mechanically, and the monsters are not illustrated or fully done out in 3.5 style even though that is what is claimed. But they are very cool variant demon families with neat stories and styles and I got good use out of them. More so than book of fiends so far which is another great fiends book.

Unearthed Arcana is gold just for the spontaneous clerics and druids as well as the other grab bag of class options.

I love the unfettered from Arcana Unearthed as a D&D swashbuckler.
