Which early Dragon had the Queen of the Unicorns article?

I was just curious, and have been waiting a very long time to ask this, but I remembered that article from a long ago Dragon and wondered where it was.

It's the Queen of the Unicorns article. She - the Queen - is an elven lass who disappeared from home, encountered the unicorns, and never came back. She was accomplished as a wizard, as 1st edition elves went (she actually was trying for 6th level spells.)
This article was somewhere between Dragon #40 and Dragon #120.
Does anyone know which specific Dragon it was in?

According to the Dragondex the Ecology of the Unicorn by Roger E Moore is in #77. Might that be the article ?
