Single weapon style here

Tell me about it... He could have at least included "The Big Four."

Single weapon style... When you need a hand free for holding a rope, a chandelier, a glass of wine, or your lady's perfect, tiny waist...

If someone can tell me how to edit polls, without being a moderator, I would have added more options. Even if just "other".

PS could we use current 3.0 fighters for the moment? Thanks :)

PS this is a poll about fighters. There may be a poll about barbarians and rangers later.

I play a barbarian/fighter, does that count? Anywhoo, he wields a greatsword (two-handed, obviously...no monkey grip here :p ).

Last fighter I played had one level of ranger and 6 of fighter. Elven, oriental (before OA). Didn't really see any option but katana/wakizashi as the pole arm just wasn't him. So dual it was.

Ranseur with Combat Reflexes for disarming, and if they get close Quick Draw a Dwarven Waraxe/Bastard Sword and pull out a shield. The Waraxe/Bastard Sword can be used 2H in a pinch though.

Um...

Katana two handed? (The far more appropriate way to do it?)

Longspear (Naginata)?

Or, assuming by "oriental" you had other choises than just japanese...

Jian (Longsword) single handed, or dual wielded?

Dao (Scimitar?) single handed?

*shrug*

Heck every fighter type I've played since 3e came out has been two handed style. Ever since FF7(which includes a lot of 2e) I don't play fighters any other way. Heck I've even slapped it onto rogues, and a sorcerer.
