Paizo's officially stated stance is basically "wait and see how 4e looks, and then listen to what customers want". From their Gen Con Day 1 blog:

We hope to have more information soon and we'll let everyone know the moment we've come to a decision.
But James Jacobs has said Pathfinder arc 2 (Curse of Crimson Throne I think?) will be 3.5e.
Also, this is just speculation, but a smart business strategy would be to convert the GameMastery Modules over to 4e early and see if that helps, hurts, or doesn't affect the line. Then move over the flagship Pathfinder line. However, this may not be feasible between timing of production (I'd imagine if they convert it will be Pathfinder Arc 3 rather than waiting another 6 months of
possible wide 4e acceptance) as well as the pain of having half their staff supporting one edition while the other half supports another. So we'll see.
As for some of the other big ones, on various mailing lists and messageboards (public and private) Green Ronin and Necromancer have made it clear that they have planned for this for a long time. I haven't seen any official comments from them on this yet, probably because they don't want to commit to any new rules site unseen. However, I do recall in past years Clark Peterson has said that if 4e was open, the smart thing for Necromancer would be to go with 4e. But that was speculation years ago, so don't take that as any official word or anything, just at the very least they will most likely consider it.
Green Ronin has been none-too-subtly moving away from d20 with M&M and True 20 and such, I'm sure partially to wisely prepare for a closed 4e. With 4e being open, it'll be interesting to see if they decide to embrace it and expand their d20 line back up or even retrofit some of the 4e changes into their other systems.

I'm guessing we will know the day that the publishers get access to the 4e SRD. Because the next day we'll hear a bunch of official statements on whether they will convert and if so, how. Until then, of the "big print companies", Goodman is the only one I've seen make an official commitment, but I could have missed stuff.
