oh good lord, I remember that article now. It's about the care and feeding of your DM/GM, along with throwing celebrations after milestones in the game (not the two-encounter milestones, mind you)

No. The guy she is hanging on is the DM (and may happen to be her s/o). She's putting the moves on the DM because:
A) she wants to keep him energized
B) get some extra XP
C and most important) - he's dressing like the 4th Doctor (played by Tom Baker). When behind the DM's screen, That's, like, sexy personified.
