With this list its more like what would I want!

Mage of the Arcane Order is fine; I could accept the Wild Mage. Other than that, very little I would have an interest in working into my games.

You can of course vote everything else if you want, but it would be best to try and pick the really worst ones.

did they nerf my poor Alienist in CA? I've never seen the book.

Yes. Yes they did. They nerfed it long and hard, with tentacles and pseudopods in inappropriate places.

The previous primary advantage has been turned into a sucking chest wound -- er, a weakness.

And now to show that I'm not all love and fluffy bunnies after the first thread. :D

The Blood Magus is the stuipidest stupidest PrC ever created! Isn't the picture supposed to make me go "Cool! I wanna use that in my game!" But, in actuallity the picture (Same one from Tome & Blood, I'm pretty sure) makes me wonder how the creators could possibly make something so horribly silly and then try to sell it off as "cool." Yeah... right... GAH! Why does WotC hate me so? Why why why? *mumbles incoherantly for another hour*

Green Star Adept, Alienist, Blood Magus.

The Green Star metal stuff just never floated my boat. Seems too... contrived? or something.

I'm one of the few people who isn't a fan of the Far Realms or injecting too much Cthulhu into my fantasy, so the Alienist just looks like a "Hi! I'm a scary nut" PrC.

And the Blood Magus.... I like the basic idea of blood magic. This is nothing like how I picture it. Especially, the bloodwalk, or whatever the teleport thing is.

The alienist has some problems....it's a PrC that gives you a glorified Toughness feat three times, and makes you suffer penalties almost every time.

I guess to a certain extent I wonder what I was expecting from a full-spellcasting class. I ask myself, "what does a sorcerer give up to gain these abilities?" For the alienist, the things they give up are tied to the mechanics of the class (since the class does get full familiar progression...); those Wisdom and skill penalties are the price to pay for a few Toughness feats, a Cloak of Resistance +1, and some Metamagic feats....all and all, not the best kind of exchange, nor does it seem particularly flavorful to me....

But my vote went for the Mindbender simply because I include psionics in my campaigns, so having yet another telepathic buttkicker isn't really something I need.

No, it's not.

The one in T&B was by WAR, and much cooler, IMO. I didn't like the concept of the blood magus at first, but the picture in T&B brought it alive to me. Which taught me that (for me at least) art has an important role in how well a concept is accepted.

The Green Star Adept can head back to outer space, thank you. We don't like your kind around here!

Many of the PrC I've heard people complain about make great NPCs, but they're not terribly useful for Players. The Wayfarer Guide, Geometer, Effigy Master and arguably several others are far from ideal for PCs, but they are handy for DMs in High Magic campaigns. Of course, many folks never stat their NPCs and so they don't have any use for these. That's understandable.

As for those that think the Mindbender is too close to psionics...well, that's exactly why I like it. I don't have to incorporate psionics in order to have someone who can play in other people's heads.

I voted Master Transmogrifist because everytime I read Transmogrifist I think of Calvin and his Transmogrifier, after which I lose myself in a Calvin and Hobbesian reverie and can't think about D&D.
