Though in semi-retirement at the moment, my last two non-homebrew campaigns were both set in the Iron Kingdoms. It's a fun mixture of steam, sorcery, and dark history.

I also use Kara Tur, and steal bits from Rokugan for the east when needed.

As the new campaign is pirate based (go Pirates of the Carribean!) I am adding Green Ronin's Freeport to the Inner Sea.
I've done both of these things (swapped out Kara-Tur's Shou-Lung for Rokugan - the geography is eerily close, and I put Freeport in the Whamite Isles of the Inner Sea).

The next game I run will either be Homebrew or in Sanctuary, the city of Thieves World fame.

I wish I had that material. I played in a thieves' world game once about 12 years ago. lots of intrigue, lots of fun.

My DM, Mordane76 on the boards, made a great homebrew world with some truly wonderful background flavor.

My party is now in the process of rewriting its history :-)

Time travel is cool.

Hullo, Homebrew.

Frankly, the only reason I really run games is to justify the effort I put into creating my campaign worlds...

That MIGHT be a bit of overstatement, but there's also a nugget of truth in there.
