Scarred Lands for my 2 D&D campaigns. Dragonstar (with some strong Traveller elements added in).

We have also used Star Wars pre-clone wars and Wheel of Time.

Next D&D game will probably be again in the Scarred Lands but this time to the continent of Termana! (mmmmm Blood Bayou *drool*)

Usually homebrew, though I've run plenty of Call of Cthulhu. Itching to try Ravenloft, and sadly still to run Mutants and Masterminds, as my campaign seems to have fallen apart before it began.

Wow! Right now the homebrew is winning significantly. I am impressed.

That's not what I had expected either.

Ever since the old grey boxed set came out, I've run my games in the Realms (usually in the Dalelands or Moonsea region). I've always customized and tweaked the setting to suit my needs, and I don't tend to pay much attention to the canon "storyline" or the novels -- but it's definitely still FR. Such a great setting. :D

Interesting...I thought it was common knowledge that the majority of D&D players used homebrew settings.

A great many campaigns seem to be Homebrew with quite a few ideas drawn from other campaign settings. I bet if he had listed Homebrew Hybrid with another setting, that it would have generated alot of votes as well.

When i'm not running one of my multiple Twin Crowns campaigns I like to run

Night Patrol D20! Oh yeah, except everyone wants to play one of the comics at the club, nobody wants to play one of the cops... hmmmm.....

Hmmm, currently Iron Kingdoms and Call of Cthulhu.

I also have a homebrew game set in a fictive 1630s setting.

In the past I have run Scarred Lands.

The Iron Kingdoms game consists of home made adventures with the PCs acting as hired agents rather than relying on proceeds from adventuring. (My only problem with IK is the glacial speed that supplements are coming out...) I went so far as to work out the monthly rents for office space and created some steam era tiles for Dungeon Crafter.

I also thought "homebrew" was the norm for D&D. I have DMed FRealms (a personal favourite) for many years now, because I like Toril and I just don't have the time to put my heart and soul into a "from scratch" campaign setting. I'll use one that's good (IMO), has LOTS of variety and does the hard work for me. Mind you, we ALL add our own special flavour and twists to established campaign settings, so a "hybrid" choice SHOULD have been an option also. :-)

Since I'm mostly playing d20M these days, I guess the answer would be "Earth"

But we're about to start the RttToEE using D20Anime, so Greyhawk (or it's twisted Japanese cousin) would also be correct.
