D&D 4E Which RPG System is 4E most like?

Diablo II + Magic the Gathering + MMORPG(put your favorite here)

From P&P inspirations, it is obviously evolution of 3.5 The Book of Nine Swords and StarWars Saga, which designers are openly saying. StarWars Saga is almost D&D 3.95.
