If you're eventually going to buy them all you should use the coupon to save the most money. Sandstorm and Lords of Madness both cost $35 so your savings will be highest there.

Lords of Madness is more generally useful (and fun) than Sandstorm.

gotta go with complete arcane lords of madness sounds interesting but I don't use 90% of the monster books I have.

Poll is over? No fair! I would have gone with the Complete Arcane, but Lords of Madness would have been my second choice.

Arcane. Most useful of the four.

RoE: Great for Eberron or using their races, but not anything else.
LoM: Good villian guide. Second choice.
Sand: Poor showing from the superior Frostburn. Great for desert games though.
CA: Warlock, good spells, nice feats, and wild-mages baby.
