Whip master / Chain master

i'm looking for some help making a character for a combat character called and whip master or chain master seeing that the two weapons most used are whips and sickle with chains


i was thinking of useing the exoctic weapon master charater class but some things on it would not fit right for what i had in mind

What level is the character going to be and what books are you going to be allowed to use? Are you wanting the character to be equally skilled in both weapons, or are you going to favor one of them over the other?

Straight fighter might be your best bet since they get the feats, and there are many good feats that these weapons can take advantage of.

Gosh, using 3.0 PHB I created this really cool mid-level Spiked Chain Specialist choosing Feats such as W.Specialization, Improved Disarm, Improved Sunder. I think Improved Bull Rush & Improved Unarmed helps because grappling can often ensue in the process of this type of combat.

the phb3.5 and the complete warrior and his level will 6 and is it possible to dual wield whips
so lvl 6 fighter with weapon fitness (whips) improved two weapon fighting skill

When you take weapon finnesse, it applies to all weapons. So, feat wise EWP: Whips, Weapon Finess, 2 Weapon Fighting, Expertise, Improved TRip, Improved Disarm, improved 2 weapon fighting. That covers all your feats till 6th level assuming you take all fighter levels and are not human. Least that's what I'd suggest

PrCs for both whip specialists and chain specialists can be found in Sword and Fist. They didn't make it into Complete Warrior, so haven't been updated for 3.5E.
