Here's an idea on a few new weapons for those who want to play with whips. I haven't read many things beyond the core books so if this is repeated elsewhere simply ignore.
Chain Whip (Medium-sized Exotic Weapon)
Damage: 1d6 Bludgeoning
Range: 10ft.
Crit: x2
+2 bonus on opposed attack rolls when attempting to disarm (including opposed attack roll to avoid disarm)
This weapon may be used to make trip attacks. The weapon may be dropped to avoid being tripped.
The whip is treated as a ranged weapon.
Thorn Whip (Small-sized Exotic Weapon)
Damage: 1d4 Slashing
Range: 15ft.
Crit: x2
+2 bonus on opposed attack rolls when attempting to disarm (including opposed attack roll to avoid disarm)
This weapon may be used to make trip attacks. The weapon may be dropped to avoid being tripped. All trip attacks are made with a +2 circumstance bonus due to the grasping nature of the thorns.

Special: Druids may treat the thorn whip as a simple weapon.
