What do you think of the lawsuit ?

Apparently, White Wolf Publishing has filed suit against the makers of the movie "Underground" for what they consider to be copyright infringement on their intellectual property. I'm not familiar enough with either to really be sure of the merits of the case, but on the surface of it, it sounds like White Wolf is trying to claim that they're ideas are truly unique...and given the source of much of their material, it sounds rather specious to me.

Even the idea of a werewolf secret society has been done before...both in Wolfen and The Howling, wasn't it? Which isn't to say I dismiss the concept out of hand, just that they've got an uphill battle on their hands, I think.
