Who are these two Transformers?

I have them but I don’t know which they are. Assuming they are Transformers and not a different transforming robot toys. They do have Autobot and Decepticon badges though.

A lion-based Decepticon is probably "Razorclaw", leader of the Predacons.

The other is an Autobot called "Hot Zone", that transforms into a firetruck cab. Originally sold as "Hot Spot", but changed for copyright reasons, I think.

...those two figures in particular were only sold in a target-exclusive boxed set along with hun-grrr, scattershot, and silverbolt; they were leaders of the protectobots, predacons, terrorcons, technobots, and aerialbots, respectively...

...their entire boxed set were essentially cheap repaints of other characters, which hasbro typically does with retailer exclusives to maintain trademark...
