Who Would Illustrate Your Setting?

Homebrewers!

Hypothetical for you - Just pretend you're the President of the World for a second...

Assuming you would do like me and spend your days dictating the details of your homebrew to taxpayer-funded secretaries who rush off to the printers with the next instalment of the State Sanctioned Campaign Setting...

And you could have any artist, under threat of death (or alternately, for a big bag of money) illustrate your campaign setting, who would it be?

For mine there could only be He-Who-Hates-Capital-Letters: rk post.

How about you?

Ah, easy one: Stephen Daniele. Liked his stuff since I noticed the cartography he did way back in Dungeon 75.

Unless of course it would be Tony D. (See my avatar!) People seem to either love him or hate him, but the stuff he did for Planescape really helped make the setting.

Its hard to say... maybe the guy that does alot of the Warhammer and WH40K art (hes working on another setting I think, but I cannot remeber where I saw it...) either that or the artist from the Priest Manga, I just love the way he uses shadows (for those of you not familiar with is work look here

A nice mix of Todd Lockwood, Tony DiTerlizzi, Sam Wood, and Ron Spencer.

If I had to choose one, I'd pick ol Todd.

I'm going to be doing a Funky anime setting. As soon as I decide whose idea wins the "Help Me make my new Campaign Setting" Contest I'm having here and on rpg.net.

So, I guess it would have to be Tom Lockwood and one of the concept painters for Neo Genesis Evangelon. I think. Although I liked the people who did Tenchi Muyo!. :D

Tony DiTerlizzi most likely, though I might throw the whole thing on its ear and have Johnen Vasquez of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac fame (Well, if you don't count that TV show he did called Invader Zim). :)

edited fer spullign. :\
