"Whoops! Browser Settings Incompatible"

I'm seeing a lot of links with this text. Example: http://www.enworld.org/forum/genera...-gaming-group-looking-help-2.html#post5766998

It seems every link to the WotC site/boards shows up as "Whoops! Browser Settings Incompatible". What is this error? Is it on my end, and if so how can I fix it? Or is it something people have to fix when posting? Just curious, really. Seems odd to see so many links with that text.

Usually it means it is something behind the DDI firewall.

Sometimes things outside the firewall, but on the WOTC forums appear that way to me also, as I am not a member of those forums.,

At least that is what that means to me.
