Who's on top of the fantasy food-chain?

When your talking about a food chain, you have to first specify the ecosystem the chain exists in. So whoever didn't have predators in a particular ecosystem would by default be the top of the food chain. And also, we are talking about natural predators, including native human populations, not adventurers who hunt a creature or gods who get a hankering for something or another.
