They never did come out with the sourcebook I most wanted to see after Hollowfaust - Albadia.

*EDIT* I wonder if it would have done better if they had finished Ghelspad before turning their attention to Termanna? I know locally the interest just did not exist in their new continent.

Archibald has already confirmed this message. But, as you are so insistent, here the exact wording by Hexagonal in their newsletter from October 28:

"- Les Terres Balafrées, c'est officiel, ne seront plus développées par Sword and Sorcery. La crise du secteur d20 aux USA et la volonté de WW de se concentrer sur ses trois gammes principales ont sonné le glas de ce monde génial. Nous attendons le dernier accord pour commencer à développer nous-mêmes des suppléments ! Donc, pour l'instant, voici le programme : Mer de sang en décembre 2004, Guide des roublards et rogues en février 2005, L'héritage slaracien en mai/juin 2005, Guide des paladins et moines en septembre 2005, et VESH en novembre 2005. Si ce supplément connait un succès suffisant, ce sera le premier d'une longue série destinée à faire vivre pour longtemps le continent de Ghelspad."

Probably not because Termana did hold one huge player that affected Gheslpad, the Jack of Tears and his "Krewes". People wanted to see more of that.
