No one spell casting class has a monopoly on them, so I don't think druid displaces cleric on that basis. I don't know what you're talking about in terms of bards and healing. They have Cure Wounds and such, but without the WIS bonus inherent to Life domain you won't compete with the Cleric. I don't know what class feature you were referring to, it isn't anything I could find in the PHB.</blockquote>
